Milena Wood

Milena Wood is a CCIM candidate having completed all courses and is in the process of finalizing the designation. Milena has great comprehension and foresight of South Florida ‘s commercial market in the present and its evolutionary future Offering local, national and international clients the most up to date technologies and decision making analysis.

Prior to being a realtor, Milena had been a licensed stock broker/financial advisor. Working at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Paine Webber where she was a Vice president Investments and CFM (Certified Financial Manager).

Milena was born in Moscow, Russia moving to the United States at the age of nine. She speaks, reads and writes in Russian fluently. Milena attended University of Nottingham, England, Tel-Aviv University, Israel and graduated from University of Wisconsin in just over three years.

Milena was on the USA Rowing Team for six years during and after college winning multiple metals with her teammates. Milena also was a passionate runner last Running in the Chicago marathon.
